Toc H Building

This WWII Toc H building, on Great Western road, where the fire-station is now, became the first Kirkwall & St Ola Community Centre. When that moved to the Town Hall, it became the first Royal British Legion Social Club.
Toc H is WWI signaller's phonetics for T.H., the initials of the HQ of the organisation, Talbot House, London.
