Willie Groat is pictured on Hatston Slip with the former bank boat Otter Bank which he served onboard in the North Isles in the 1960's, before the inter-isles air service was used.
She is to be restored and maybe even put back in the water as part of the Orkney Boat Museum project.
Taken on Monday 25th June.

A lovely picture of two old seafarers together.Friends of Orkney Boat Museum are pleased and proud to have played a part in her return by funding the transport.
