I just discovered a similar token given to my great uncle John Johnston from the Parish of Walls. I’d be happy to hear anything you learn about it

My apologies Richard for just noticing your reply posted in July.
The token/chain was passed to me following the death of my uncle Cairns Smith who visited the Stoop, Longhope on many occasions over the years. Following the death of his great Uncle Isaac Manson in 1975 it was handed down to him by great Aunt Mary. As the current custodian I am very interested in finding out more information and will be only too happy to share.
