What was once a garden

This photo was taken from number 23 Bridge Street but from a bedroom at the back(above where the bath in the middle of the floor is). The pavement used to be Burn Lane and the parking area was our garden right down to almost the Albert Hotel but there was a high wall with a gate and a lane there at one time also. Bridge Street perhaps has not changed much but the gardens at the back certainly have!
