Not sure what's going on here , not even sure where it is, 1960s

I remember going on one of these trips in the 1970's. Unfortunately the sea had a 4 foot swell and we were not allowed to land :(
One other thing I remember was that I had a sandwich on board and immediately had to "feed the fish" as I was sea sick.
