Why does it say WHS 46 in the middle of the photo?

This was an old copper boiler out of a black stove before having the inscription put on, so the number would have been on it originaly

Can anyone help me with a Photo of the Grave of George Toms. He was on HMS Narborough.My name is Terry Barnes and I'm Georges Great Nephew.Any information would be great.

You will find a photograph of George Toms gravestone on a website called :- lyness-cemetery.blogspot.co.uk He is buried in Lair O.21 within the Lyness Royal Naval Cemetery.
