Over its lifetime the Lyness Naval Base must have had many sorts of craft alongside the Golden Warf,but never before has such a craft as this "Welo" "Penguin " graced its Bollards!!.
I do wish the design good luck, a lot of ballast is still to be added to the structure and a huge pendulem weight has to hang below to give it momentem.
Another of my Grandfathers quotes come to mind!!,
