That was too easy. Zanre's Central Cafe, which later became Trenabies. At various time the cafe was owned by Mr Zanre of course, then Bobby Corsie, then Billy Cardno. I hope I have got that right. Billy will no doubt sort me out. There was a rumour/myth going at the time that Mr Zanre sold the cafe but he would not part with his SECRET icecream recipe.

You are partly right Sandy, Bobby Corsie did not own the Central Cafe - however it is rumoured that he did manage to procure the famous Zanre's ice cream recipe.
