This photo will be newer than that. Davie Newlands was pipe major from '87 - '93 so this picture was taken between these dates.

I'm sure this is the same photo as one on the wall in the bar at the Legion.

I think this would have been 1988 as that was the year my daughter was in K.C.P.B. She was the first girl piper in the Band.
