Not sure of the year, picture shows the Ayre Road end of what was the garage at that time. Today the building is occupied by James D Peace. Fusion night club is the tall building on the right.The two gentlemen in the picture are in the centre my great grandfather W R Tullock and on the right my grandfather David (Theo) Tullock.

From my most recent researches into Kirkwall since 1900 I noted from Peace's Almanac that W.R.Tullock did not add the "son" bit until the 1922 edition which was therefore probably added in 1921, the almanac for '22 being produced in Dec.'21
