Reference picture #2054. This is one of the 1st and 2nd division of the Torpedo Flotilla which visited Kirkwall Bay in August 1906. There were seven of this class built in the early years of the twentieth century for the Torpedo Flotilla. As you can see they were two plus two four stackers. They were all decommissioned in 1919 and were not the four stackers send from America in 1942 as part of Lease Lend.

Don't think that's the one in the foreground of 2054. the funnels are too far apart although I agree that the photo is of the 1st and 2nd divition Torpedo squadron. The quest continues.
