Torpedo Flotilla in Kirkwall Bay

Trying to clarify picture #2054. This is one of Tom Kents.
Part of the caption follows:
"Though Scapa Flow is by far the more recognised naval anchorage, Kirkwall Bay has had its fair share of visitors in the past. This photograph shows the 1st and 2nd divisions of the Torpedo Flotilla in Kirkwall Bay in 1906. The ships began to arrive, under the command of Commander Henderson, on Friday 10 August. More vessels followed throughout the next week, including HMS Sapphire, the flagship of the Commander of the Fleet, Rear Admiral Alfred Leigh Winsloe. By the end of the third week in August there were twenty one warships anchored in the Bay, amonst the HMS Patrol, HMS Garry, HMS Derwent, HMS Doon, HMS Fawn and the depot ship HMS Tyne."
