I found this letter and photo in my fathers possessions,
it had been sent to him when he was stationed in Sanday.
I have no idea who the person in the uniform is, i can only
assume he was from the Free Norwegian services and was one of the persons he had helped when they landed on Sanday.
Note that all this took place a month before I was born,so it is an old letter.
