Santa was much smaller than I expected

Seen in 2005 in Kirkwall, Santa has commissioned a courier to deliver presents to Orkney kids and decided to oversee the first trip by attaching himself to the vehicle. It would seem this institution has also succummed to outsourcing, and sadly, Rudolf now works in a call centre in Lapland. (out of spite I reported his low regard for Health and Safety to the HSE)
Has anyone seen Santa couriers in Orkney this year yet?
Or has anyone seen Santa in a curious place in Orkney?

Comments:
The size does explain the chimney myth but not the one about 'little helpers'.

Myth!? Tell me that isn't true...

Santa tours the island for 10 days before Christmas day to count all the children he needs to deliver presents to. I know this cause I'm his little (big) helper on the motorcycle. If you see him give him a wave, you never know what you may find in your stocking!
