missing man at the back possibly Keldie or Kelday

I asked my father (Jackie Kelday) who was working at the "Orkney Steam" at the time about the missing name. He reckons it is Joe Walker.
he also thinks that the boat would be the st magnus.

That ship was named the St Clair II but only for a short time - if the date is 1964 then the ship will be the St Magnus IV
