Can anyone name this retired very sucessful fisherman!!?
The clues are he was born in Rackwick did service in the R.A.F and moved to Brims and fished and farmed until retirment.

Yes indeed that's my Uncle Billy Mowat who was married to my Aunt Chrissie (nee Smith), my Mum's (Lilian) sister. Wonderful photo.
