Im not so sure that this wall was vandalised, looks like it was not properly plastered in the first place. Im sure that it was supposed to have more than one coat of plaster, before it was dashed.

Never mind the plastering coming away, look at the weeds! Almost as neglected as the lane at the back of these houses.

This looks as if it's been blown for some time before it fell off. I don't believe it's vandalism either. If one came up to Papdale East the same state of disrepair can be seen in more than one area.

Not so Gordon. I witnessed and photographed this act of vandalism. I passed the
information on to OIC at the beginning of October and have heard nothing more about it. I resist publishing a photo of the culprit for legal reasons.
