Taken on 4th March. Pictures like this show why it would be crazy to build a new KGS at Picky in a time of rising sea levels. My house is near the top of the hill...

That'll be the one in the avalanche zone then, built on top of a former landfill site. Did your survey mention subsidence and underpinning ?
