The people responsible for the beautiful street art in Great Western Road and Junction Road in Kirkwall. I think we should retain these colourful lines and markings as it makes travel interesting! They are marking where there are underground pipes.

Never mind the street art. Isnt it no the cleanest street you've ever seen! What they're no hoovers? Dohh!
