What a b**dy waste o a brake watter any number o places in Orkney wid benifit fae this, OIC should be ashamed o this waste money .
I believe that Walliwall Quarry is full o these so called polo blocks

Why not use these spare blocks, and the ones stored in Walliwall Quary and create a breakwater at No 2 barrier. They work everywhere else thay have been installed, why not there. Better than lying in a field.
