This picture is taken from Ian Heddle's popular Pure Nostalgia slide presentation. Examples from this can be found under the Daphne Lorimer section of www.orkneydigs.org.uk.
I believe the mill itself is no longer standing, having been demolished sometime in the last 25 years, its location marked on the shore path to Skara Brae by the walled enclosure with the mill wheel.
The date given is just a guess.
