Neptunia rescue crew

The photo above shows the crew of the Longhope Lifeboat who rescued the crew from the French Trawler "Neptunia".
The names to my best ability are left to right.

Billy Dass(cox)-Sinclair Mowat(2ndcox)-George Johnston?-Bob Johnston(Eng bob)-Eric Mowat-Jockie Robertson-John Norquoy.

Corrections if the names are wrong please.
Looks as if the photograph is taken at Scapa Pier?.

George Johnston, named above, was my uncle Dod who died quite young and was a brother to Sodjer Bob & my mother.
