Oat sheaves

Oat sheaves stacked into stooks. Late 1960's

Taken with Kodak instamatic camera. Location, somehwere between Stomness and Kirkwall, near the Bay of Firth (Dad can't remember exactly where but was driving from Stomness to Kirkwall) A sight never to be seen again I doubt.

Comments:
Could be Rennibister or Quanterness? They both have big fields.

Looks more like Old Finstown Road perhaps the Heathfield area
