In "Orkney From Old Photographs" (Gordon Wright), picture No. 61 shows the Dounby Show in 1908 by an unknown photographer. Some of the same vans/stalls in this pic are shown in that, including Madam Ricolo, though the positions are different. I'd say it's probably the same year or close to it, but that this isn't Dounby.
