I passed by the ring of brodgar a few weeks ago on my way back to the mainland. I was very impressed by the size of it however, I have to say that this picture shows it off to its very best.

This is a truely beautiful photograph and I would love to give this to my Grandchildren. My Great Great Grandparents came from this area and to see something just as they would have seen is wonderful. Their names were Thomas and Ann Clouston
and they came to Australia in the late 1800s.
