Rob Thomson's launch 'Scapa Agent' working with Briggs Marine whilst attempts were made to fix a canopy to the hull of the wreck of HMS 'Royal Oak' in January 1999. The launch is an ex RNLI Watson Class lifeboat and was used mainly to convey shipping agents to vessels in Scapa Flow and at the Flotta Oil Terminal.
