Spot on David.
When I see the "Boxed Blankets" it takes me back to National Service days, and "Maks me shudder".
Best regards to you.

I always thought that ex BB National Servicemen start with an advantage. They knew all about inspections, the elements of company and squad drill, team work, and of course the "blanket box" - a skill once learned, never forgotten, not that I do it every day.

Hi Peter. Story of that last inspection day. While we were all at breakfast "wur" cooks let down the tents. There was a mad rush from Mess tent before officers could stop us. Least they did not manage to stop Robert Scott and self from getting off and fixing our tent - one of the few to be still ready in time for inspection. We were the champs.
