'Another "oldie" by Tom Kent is of course, Wellington Street, looking down towards the Uppie Goal at Mackinsons' Corner, and obviously taken in the winter time with snow on the dyke and slush on what passed for a road in those days.'

Leaves on the tree! Surely can't be winter. Look at the crows steps on the house in foreground, probably a mixture of bright sunlight and over exposure.
