This picture submitter bt Craig shows the Post Office ( as indicated on the sign and the letters above the windows) located in what is now the Community Centre cafe. The shop that is in the south side of OTE today is J Tait, not to be confused with J&W Tait's shop where Judith Glue's is now.
Date is a wild guess.
