From The Orcadian, 20th Jan, 2011 - From Our Files - 50 years Ago: "Music was supplied by the March Hares. Other attractions incuded the first appearance of the new Rock 'n' Roll Group the "Vampires" who were a great hit. It is hoped this group will be appearing at the county dances". No bairns, ahm no makin a come-back.
