A pipe band at the top of School Place. Occasion forgotten. Maybe Boy's Brigade. The musicians are BB veterans. The date is a guess

I think the Parade was the BB Centenial.

Brian, the boy between Geo Stout Jnr and Willie Windwick is actually Erik Leslie and not Erland Grieve. Erik played the tenor drum.

Brian, I dont think that is Erland Grieve, it looks like that guy is a drummer. I can the bottom of a drum behind Willie Windwick

Thanks for all the info folks. Can anyone say when the BB centenial was? Two more photos, #5139 and #5140, taken on the same occasion, in the pipeline.

Parade was in 1983 if it was the Centennial Parade, There was a similar North District Officers parade round about 1980 as well with a veterans band that day too.
