This is the same place as my picture #25993 and I have several more taken at the same place, HMS Victorious must have been a bit of a venue for events.

I've just seen a similar picture of a larger group in Scapa and a Camera p 87 which identifies it as schoolchildren's entertainment on board 'Victorious' they were given a cinema show and tea on board.
