Crew of the Dearness herring boat "Mashona"

I got this photo from Elsie Linklater showing the crew of the Deerness herring boat "Mashona",our grandfather was a crew member on her.
Left to right-W Stove Little Millhouse-J Thomson Granfather-WmThomson Gt Uncle Nether Stove-D Petrie Stonhall-J Bichan(Skipper) Poole-D Matches Breckan-D Ritch Fea.
The "Mashona" was a big able boat built on the east coast about 57 feet keel and waighing 60 tons.
I think Grandad had a share in her as I suppose did the other crew members.

Comments:
Maybe you Dearness folk might be able tae tell me this, it comes tae mind Grandad had a threshing mill built at The Burnhouse by a Millwright fae Dearness by the name o Petrie, might this be the same man as the D Petrie he sailed wae on the "Mashona" by any chance!!.
The same man built a mill at "The Bauth" here in "Waas".
