The vessel is a home built 14 ft "pocket cruiser" based on plans for the "Simplicity 14" produced by selway-fisher.com. The vessel is equipped with lee boards which serve the same pupose as a centre board, without taking up space inside the cabin. I think the photo must have been taken at the end of a four day cruise of Scapa Flow, with overnight stops in Longhope, St Margaret's Hope and St Marys. The boat was built in Dounby in 2011.
