I think it was Andy Stephen and I think it was Doreen Stephen next to me, maybe they were cousins I cant quite remember, and I cant for the life of me remember the wee boys name next to Sydney Gauld

Yes. Andy moved to New Zealand shortly after the photo was taken, and we moved to Thurso.
I have fond memories of those days at the infant school - especially the playhouse :-))

Discovered this by accident, isn't it great? I remember the photo being taken. Hands up who remembers Miss Robertson's scooter?

My mum Sheena Sutherland has this photo at home in Chalgrove, Oxon, I am 3rd from the right on the top row.

Having now checked the other comments, I do remember a lot of the names, namely Raymond and David Shand, Sydney Towers, Colin Craigie, Shona Webb and Tina Leslie all very well. I moved to England with my parents in 1963.
