Mystery group at Covenanters' Memorial

Mystery group at Covenanters' Memorial ca 1926. Any offers?
It's odd that the text on the plaque can be read, but the people's features are a bit vague (despite my best efforts).

Comments:
No-one having risen to the bait, I'll answer my own mystery as far as I can. I can't identify the first woman on the left. Think the second is probably my Granny Hourston. Next is my Aunty Meg (or Maggie Ann) Hourston/Harvey with daughter Margaret on her knee. Next is my Uncle Charlie Hourston (Beaquoy) with, acording to the note on the back of the photo, his daughter Betty on his knee - but I wonder if it isn't perhaps his daughter Osla. Finally, John Harvey (Lochside), Meg's husband. I don't think any of these folk had a car at that time - Uncle Charlie had a motorbike & sidecar - certainly not one capable of carrying a party of this size, so maybe the driver of a hired limo ('hackney carriage' then) took the picture. On the other hand, Charlie's wife Annie is missing from the group, so could this be the first and last photo she ever took . . ?
An expedition from Birsay to Deerness would have been something to dress up for in those days.
