Old picture of Pole Star crew members about 1930 ?? My grandfather Attie Campbell is sitting on the right hand side. No more information about this picture.

My Grandfather, Albert William Hancox is standing on the left hand side with white jacket and apron. He was a cook on the Pole Star at that time. He would have been aged around 40 in 1930.

On the third row from the front, on the right is James Robert Knight, my father, Jock Knight's older brother. Unfortunately, James R died a young man at 32 years. I think the man on the left of him could be Stewart Banks, who used to own the Alfred Café in later years.
