I remember Bill Harcus living there. There was another croft out past the Bu', was it Scerp, or Scarp, mind somebody living there too, but can only mind him as Jock o' Scerp. John will ken them.

Jock O Skerp, his wife, and three daughters, emigrated to Toronto shortly after the war.
