This shot shows a great number of different angles of the sediments in the rocks. It makes you wonder what was going on during this time.

THE ROCKS, IN THIS CASE SANDSTONE, SHOW EXCELLENT "DUNE-BEDDING" WHICH OCCURS IN DESERT CONDITIONS. YES, ONCE UPON A TIME THIS PART OF THE WORLD WAS A DESERT, 300 MILLION YEARS AGO.
