From left to right, an unknown maid, Margaret Peace, her (future?) husband John Johnston, and parents Thomasina and Thomas Peace. Date is a guess, and not sure if Maggie and John are married yet, he doesn't seem to be wearing a ring.

St Ola
Our g?grandparents must have been well off Danny if they could afford a maid. This photo looks as if it was taken at Westbank.
When Thomas was at Longhouse, St.Ola he had 9 & a half acres arable and 19 & a half outrun and wanted his rent reduced by the crofters commission. He was granted a reduction from £8 ten shillings to £6.
