I wonder if someone can tell me if Sandy Young in this photo was at Edinburgh Art College in 1967/68 and came from Stromness

i am Johny Tullochs grandson.my mother is Anita Tulloch we now live in Atlanta Georgia I can still remember the Pole Star coming into Stromness harbour and waiting for him to come ashore. What a great memory and ! wish there were more photos of the crew.

No Christine, the Sandy Young at art college, would be Sandy in the above photos son.

Sorry I don't seem to be able to reply directly to you Fred so this is not an added comment to the picture. I thought the younger Sandy worked on the Pole Star (too) during the holidays of those years hence the comment. Thank you for the information. Any idea where the younger Sandy is now?

John Budge was my Grandfather, he was a lovely guy and the Chief Cook and showed me around the Pole Star when I was young.
