'Short-lived beef version of the North Ronaldsay lamb, perhaps? Abandoned after it was realised that beef reared next to a sewage pipe was possibly not the best idea�? I�m guessing that this is the former beach at Shore Street, but I don�t know who the cows belonged to, and have no idea as to the date.'
