Could it be Firth Mill at Finstown - same sort of size of building? Looks too tidy though as the other picture of the Mill shows it a bit run down around the same era.

looks to me like a house thats just off burray village but I could be mistaken.

there's a house quite like that out the West side of Westray. Could be it? You'd be better to ask a Westray person though!
