If you go to beryl simpson nee gillespie, in contributors, you will see your mum with a north walls j.s. School class . I had mistakenly thought I was in it but your sister margaret put me right as she was in the same class as me. Lovely to see you commenting. Are you in orkney or moved away ?.

Nice of you to comment Francis. I did see the one of Mum. Margaret is the one in the family with the memory!!!! By the time Dad and Mum taught in North Walls I was already at KGS. So I just went home on holidays.

My Wife Diana Carter (Nee Watt) who in her wisdom married me on the 16th July 1959 (Golden Wedding next Year) (God willing). Perhaps she might think that her wisdom was wrong, I will have to ask her. She was very interested in the 1954 and this one. It brought back many memories to her, and thanks for the photos. We have lived in Lancashire since 1963 and have a grown up Daughter and Son.
