Weekend competition time... the picture is dated 2005, although I started making the subject of it in 2004. What is it?
I confess that I have mucked about with the image a bit, but I'll even tell you what I did- first I did a histogram equalisation to bring detail out of the darkness, then took the negative of the image. So it's not really blue. But the Orcadian culture IS steeped in it.
An appropriate prize to the person who gives the most accurate answer...
