'The barrier picture was taken in 2000 during one of those summer storms. It was taken from inside my car with the windscreen wipers going like mad. I took around 30 pictures of the sea crashing over the barrier through the car windscreen with the wipers at full speed and only one picture came out with the wipers showing! It was a really wild day and the traffic was still crossing through it all!!!'
